How long will you take to ship my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Can I track my order.

Yes. After we have processed your order you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. 

When will I get my order?

It depends a little on where you're located. We are based in and ship out of Maryland. Delivery is typically quoted 4-7 business days after an order has been shipped but may take longer if delays occur with the shipping carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We have begun shipping internationally!

Returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we have a 14 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please let us know within that time at returns@birdbeak.com. After you contact us we'll begin the return or exchange process.

Sizing 

How do your shirts run?

The sizing and fit of our garments will vary by design. Please be sure to refer to the listing you are interested in for a sizing chart specific to that garment.

Care Guide 

How do you recommend I wash my clothes?

To extend the life of your clothes we recommend washing them inside out, in cold water, with similar colors, on a delicate setting. When drying use low heat to help avoid shrinkage.
